Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

Harmony Amidst the Mountains

Our Review

Over the last 5 years, the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise has hosted over 20 retreats. And I could not have picked a dreamier place to participate in a retreat. The pictures do not do this sanctuary justice. You can feel the magic when you pull up to the hotel.  We learned so many useful tools for incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives. It really brought me back to the simple but not so easy basics of starting/continuing a mindfulness practice.

Highlights for Your Wellness Retreat

Wellness Menu

The menu is a fusion of culture cuisines, offering guests a little bit of everything. The resort takes pride in individual health and takes much care into sourcing local ingredients to preparing each meal.

Mountain Adventure

Inhale some of the freshest air in the world during a silent-guided hike through the glacier mountain tops. Snowshoe around in the winter or hike and canoe during the summer. Believe me, the hike really “peaked” my senses.

Spa Treatment

Many of the chateau’s signature spa treatments focus on relaxation and stress relieve. The Stress Release Face and Scalp treatment will lift away tensions and pressures of everyday strain – I highly recommend this one!

Ski & Snowboard

The stunning 4,200 acres of skiable terrain marks Lake Louise as one of the largest ski areas in North America.  The unique layout makes the mountain friendly to all whether a beginner or an expert. Not a skier? No worries, view the mountains from the gondola!

Natural Hot Springs

Experience the “water’s cure”, after hiking or hitting the slopes, lower your body in the world famous natural hot springs in Banff. Soothe and heal your body with natural minerals water that travels down the sulfur mountain side.

Community Tourism

A bunch of local tours can be organized from right within the resort. Each season offers you a little different taste of the Rockies. Go dog sledding, cross country skiing, glacier hiking, mountain biking, alpine helicopter rides, horseback riding and much more!
