Over the last 5 years, the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise has hosted over 20 retreats. And I could not have picked a dreamier place to participate in a retreat. The pictures do not do this sanctuary justice. You can feel the magic when you pull up to the hotel. We learned so many useful tools for incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives. It really brought me back to the simple but not so easy basics of starting/continuing a mindfulness practice.
