A Journey For the Soul
Do you ever find yourself winning in one area of your life and other parts just seem to be slipping through the cracks? Maybe in your finances, career, relationships, or your emotional/spiritual development.
One moment, you think you’re in the driver seat of your life and have everything under control. In the next moment, things don’t go the way you planned. Life begins to feel unbalanced and stress levels start to sky rocket.
When you’re out of alignment, it starts to affect your mental well-being, self-esteem, and your relationships with the people you love most. That little voice in your head keeps telling you, “you’ve got to hold it all together”. New thoughts start popping into your head and they’re not the self-loving, positive-affirming ones… they’re quite the opposite.
You begin to feel stuck and are, most likely, too afraid to make a change. Not knowing what’s on the other side of “letting go” can be wildly scary. Yikes!
You’re not the person to sulk in the chaos. Like the rest of your life, you want to be proactive and figure out how to get out of this funk. But where the heck do you start?
Although you’re told meditation helps with gaining clarity and insight, it seems daunting. Sitting for even 5 minutes in your thoughts doesn’t sound like your idea of a good time.
