Yoga Detox Flow – Morning Stretch/Sequence Prep (Part 1/4)

Namaste Yogi! This is video 1 of a 4 part Detox Flow Series. Each of the videos is intended to connect with one another.

I was so thrilled when Mandy from HEAL (Healthy Eating and Living) asked me to be part of the 2017 Wellness Challenge. What better way to kick off a new year than a Detox.

Lots of us spend most of our day in front of the computer, on our smart phones, and sitting down. It’s so important to move our body. Give our body the love it deserves. Not only do we need to detox our bodies from the “not so good” things we put into it (especially over the holidays), but also detox our mind from the thoughts and the ideas we hold onto that really no longer serve us. It’s a New Year and it’s time to let go of that old rubbish. Let’s take some time today to remind ourselves of what truly makes us smile and feel alive.

This first video focuses on the preparation for the next 3 videos but can also a quick mindful fix to start your day.
