This is the final video in our Detox Flow series. We are going to take it down a notch today and do more of a restorative practice.

- 2 blocks or two pillows
- 1 pillow
- (or 3 pillows!)

Yoga practice, although you could consider it “me” time, can be very active. I realized that I don’t take enough time to SLOW DOWN.
Think about your schedule. When was the last time you scheduled in sometime to meditate or simply slow down?
I love a steamy vinyasa flow but I’ve had to make an effort to make time to do more restorative and yin practices. I was having the worst sleeps every night. Tossing and turning. Up all night thinking. Waking up exhausted. Since adding in more restorative classes to my practice it has helped me to get a better nights rest.
I am currently on a plane to Brussels > Mumbai > Goa as I edit this video and write this post. This may be the last of this series, but I will be creating many more videos along my travels.
